Merchandise is accepted for a gift receipt in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when you received it. It must have all tags on, and be returned in all original packaging and be free from all make-up, stains and smells. If the tags from The garments have been removed we will not be able to honour your refund.
REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit refunds for all original priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with original tags attached. All items must be free of stains and smells. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. All merchandise should be returned within 14 days after delivery for store credit.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are FINAL SALE, there will be No Returns or Exchanges for all items purchased on sale
MADE - TO - MEASURE ITEMS
We do not do items that are made to measure, please ensure you have had a look at the size chart before you place the order to get the right fit
FAULTY ITEMS
Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURN COSTS
All customers willing to return items are responsible for return shipping fees. We advice that you make use of a service that provides tracked shipping to ensure that we receive your item. Kindly pay all applicable customs fees when sending out your return as we're unable to do so for you.
